TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please contact support, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS: There is a short period of time after an order has been set to make any changes. PROCESSING TIME: We aim to ship all orders made by 12pm the same day - meaning customers generally receive them within 2-3 days of ordering. We use a trackable shipping service, with details supplied to you once we have shipped your order to the email address on your order.
