Shipping Policy
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase -please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.
Tracking your order: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please contact support, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If you have lost your tracking information, just enter your order number and email here to track your order.
Changing shipping address: There is a short period of time after an order has been set to make any changes. Usually, we will ship your products within 24 hours of purchase time. However, we are always happy to accommodate any changes when it is possible to do so. Please don't hesitate to contact us.
Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3 pm PST Saturday will be processed the following Monday.
When your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive email notifications with your tracking number and delivery updates.
Signature required: A signature may be required with the delivery of your purchase. Before you sign, you should ensure that the package does not have any abnormal damage.
International orders (outside the US) :
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
